Blues, Greens and In-betweens

Anthem Properties had several goals in mind when we decided to develop the Winding Creek master plan in West Roseville. Foremost, was the vision to build a family-focused community that brings friends and neighbors together. It was just as important to positively impact West Roseville by settling Winding Creek into the natural landscape, instead of over it.

Bisected by Pleasant Grove Creek and adjacent to 140 acres of forever protected land, Winding Creek by Anthem Properties includes an 87-acre permanent conservation. Known as the Creekview Northern Preserve, it is filled with oak trees, an intermittent stream, seasonal wetlands and vernal pools which provide potential habitat for migrating birds. To protect the area’s natural resources and maintain the health and biodiversity of the ecosystem, the preserve will continue to be gazed by cattle.

In addition to the Creekview Northern Preserve, residents of Winding Creek will also have access to 3.5 miles of biking and walking trails. These trails are connected to the greater Roseville trail system which already boasts nearly 100 miles of on-street bike lanes and 36.2 miles of off-street bike paths. Nature lovers will have numerous opportunities to get outdoors and explore this amazing community!

Winding Creek is proud to offer these outdoor amenities and contribute to making Roseville one of the best places to live in the United States.

Where the earth meets blue skies and a gentle creek runs through the heart of the neighborhood, Winding Creek is surrounded by natural beauty at every turn. Come discover a place where there are no boundaries between nature and home.

Join Winding Creek’s interest list to stay up to date on these amenities, new home neighborhoods and all the exciting plans Anthem Properties has for Winding Creek.

Winding Creek’s Fall Festival

Anthem Properties is incredibly proud of our award-winning Winding Creek Master Plan and our four Builder Partners, Meritage Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, D.R. Horton and Richmond American Homes.

To celebrate Winding Creek’s success and welcome in all things Fall, we are hosting the Winding Creek’s Fall Festival on Saturday, October 1st!

Current homeowners, future homeowners, realtors and neighbors are invited to bring the family out to the community on Blue Oaks Blvd at Westbrook Blvd in west Roseville from 10 am to 2 pm to tour all 11 of Winding Creek’s model homes, in our four unique neighborhoods, to enter to win a certificate for a hot air balloon ride for two from Yolo Ballooning Adventure.

Weather permitting, we will have a hot air balloon onsite providing tethered balloon rides for the first 2 hours of the event! This is your opportunity to view Winding Creek from as high as 45 feet in the air.

Enjoy food from Wings Mahal, The Lumpia Truck, Smoothie Patrol and Bubble Cone food trucks. Take photos next to the giant pumpkin and meet California’s record holding pumpkin grower.

Plus fun for the kids, giveaways and so much more!

Winding Creek welcomes all members of your family to our events, including leashed pets. Please note, pets are not allowed inside our model homes but can enjoy our outdoor activities.

We cannot think of a better way to kick off the Fall season.

Wander over to Winding Creek – we can’t wait to see you there!
