Winding Creek’s 2024 Fall Festival

Anthem Properties is excited to announce our celebration of all things Fall at the 2024 Winding Creek Fall Festival!

Join us Saturday, October 26th from 10am to 2pm to visit beautiful model homes from Lennar, D.R. Horton, Meritage Homes and Woodside Homes, and enter for the chance to win a hot air balloon ride for two!

Weather permitting, we will have Yolo Ballooning Adventures onsite offering tethered hot air balloon rides for the first 2 hours of the event. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to see stunning views of Winding Creek from as high as 45 feet in the air!

Enjoy delicious food from local food trucks The Bubble Hive, West Coast Taco Bar, Pinorrito, and Café a la Mode.

Plus, fun for the kids, giveaways and so much more!

Winding Creek welcomes all members of your family to our events, including leashed pets. Please note, pets are not allowed inside our model homes, but they can enjoy our outdoor activities.
